Empower Living is a "Community Management" company specializing in Senior Living. Based in Dallas, TX, this was initially founded in 2021 as Silver Linings Management and recently rebranded. Our experienced team operated over 40 communities over a combined 30 years of experience. 

Our Mission is "Providing Empowering, Purposeful Communities for Older Adults and Our Teammates to Thrive.

Our Core Values include Candor, Transparency, Servant Leadership, and of course, Empowerment.

We are not just third-party managers; we are also owners. When we provide value through an exciting and fulfilling experience, everyone wins.

Mark Reisman


Mark is the former CEO & CFO of a Senior Living Property Management Company that managed about 2,900 units. Mark currently serves as the Chief of Acquisitions & Asset Management for Touzi Capital. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has spent two decades investing in real estate and a decade in hospitality. He is an active CPA and obtains his Master's in Senior Living Hospitality from USC's Davis School of Gerontology and a Certificate in Hospitality from Cornell University in May 2022. 

Mark grew up playing soccer and other team sports and has since coached teams and clubs, so it is no coincidence that our culture is built around teams. Mark obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Economics & Communication Studies from UC Santa Barbara. He and his family currently reside in Dallas, Texas.

Rose Saenz

President & COO

Rose has over 25 years of experience serving seniors. She has successfully opened, licensed and operated assisted living and memory care communities while providing direct support and mentorship for Executive Directors. Rose has been recognized for her achievements and contributions while with Brookdale, Silverado, Texas Assisted Living Association (Hero Awards in 2014 & 2018), and Environments For Aging (Design Champion 2019).

Rose is the founder of RevealSol, LLC, a consulting company providing operational consulting to organizations across the US. She continues to be an industry advocate serving on the Public Policy Committee with the Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA) and sharing her industry knowledge at conferences and webinars.

Rose is a TX Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and TX Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA), as well as holds a certificate in Assisted Living Manager (CALM) and previously her Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP). She obtained her MBA from Baylor University and Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix. Rose and her family currently resides in Austin, Texas.

Robin Oder

VP of Accounting & Treasurer

Robin brings over 25 years of experience in real estate accounting to the team. She previously worked with Mark as the Controller & Treasurer at a local Dallas-based senior living property management company. Before that, she was the was the Director of Accounting at LaSalle Group with 56 Memory Care communities, a Senior Manager at Centex Homes, and Accounting Manager at CBRE.

Robin obtained her undergrad degree in Business Finance at UT Arlington with honors. On weekends, you can find Robin fishing or riding her horse. She currently resides in Whitney, Texas.

Sonny Sanchez

Director of Plant Ops & Asset Management

Sonny oversaw 28 older adult communities spanning 2,400 units while Asset Manager at ILP Asset Management. After obtaining his Civil Engineering degree from Dallas College, Mountain View, he spent time at Commercial Metals Company responsible for over $1B in commercial construction projects. He currently is also the Senior Project Manager at Spartan Reinforcing. 

Sonny is a great teammate and enjoys racing in Triathlons when he's not spending time with his family at the lake. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
